İngredients fort he pastry; five phyllo one water glass yoğurt one tea glass oil one tea glass milk one sparkling water one egg If you want kashar cheese or not Some salt   This is how I lay the phyllo on the tray. Lay to phyllo on tray like do this. Watch here carefully! I am doing it this way. On the other hand, mix all of other ingredients in bowl after spread the pyhllo. Beat the mixture. Pour on phylloes. This much. If you want, you can strew sesame or black seed. Finally, put the pastry in the oven. One hundred and eigthy degree. Take out the pastry when it is red. Hello from a new day. I will do Turkish coffee for you today. You will like taste when you drink. Firstly, Turkish coffee is made in three ways. These plain,medium and sugary. I will do medium Turkish coffee. Let’s look at the necessary materials now. One copper coffee pot (You can use the coffe pot at your home) one dessert spoon Turkish coffee (topping a spoon) one Turkish coffe cup of water  Half a dessert spoon sugar Let’s do it! First put the Turkish coffee in the coffee pot. Add sugar and a cup of water then mix. Put the coffe pot on low heat and  wait until it foams. Take the  coffee pot from the fire while foaming coffee. And put the foam on the cup. We boil the remaining coffee again. Put it in the cup after boiling. İf you want to make sugar, you can add a dessert spoon/two teaspoon of sugar. Bon appetit!
